About Deborah's Role
I am a solicitor in the Neurotrauma team in Bristol. I deal with cases of catastrophic injury with a particular focus on severe brain injuries. I also deal with cases of serious orthopaedic injury.
I enjoy the first hand interaction I get with my clients and their families and the satisfaction obtained from realising the best possible outcome for them.
I grew up in Bristol. I spent three years at the University of Birmingham where I obtained a degree in Environmental Science before returning to Bristol to study for my law degree at the University of Bristol and completing a year at the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice at the University of the West of England.
Charity and community work
I have done a number of sponsored runs (fun runs and up to 10k) for various charities and look forward to getting involved with supporting our chosen charity in Bristol.
Memberships and professional organisations
Spare time and hobbies
Playing netball and tennis, socialising and watching rugby - particularly Bristol for which I have a season ticket.
