About Jonathan's role
I specialise in major acquired brain injury claims and complex neurological injury claims arising out of clinical negligence. I have over 15 years experience of representing clients with head injuries and have settled claims up to in excess of £7m. I also have experience of establishing comprehensive, case managed regimes of care, support and rehabilitation. I am Regional Managing Partner of our Bristol office.

Cases of mention
- Acted in Maguire v Lloyd £7.2 million settlement for a teenager run down by a vehicle racing illegally in Northampton.
- I represented a v B NHST - a £4.95m settlement in a child brain injury case arising out of negligence in post surgical resuscitation of a cardiac surgery patient.
