  I am based in the Glasgow office and head up the Scottish Personal Injury Team.

  I got involved in the law after being involved in an accident myself. The experience gave me an insight into the legal process from a non-lawyers perspective. My experience allowed me to understand that it was important to ensure that the "human" element of the legal process was also at the centre of every case.

  David Bell - Solicitor

  I am a Senior Solicitor with over 25 years experience as a lawyer. I joined in October 2005 as a locum solicitor to cover a maternity leave and never left!

  I am a member of the Law Society of Scotland, have Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, am a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers and am an accredited PI specialist with the Law Society of Scotland.
