About David's Role
Our associated firm, Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP was established on 26 April 2011. I am a Senior Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP with over 25 years experience as a lawyer. I joined in October 2005 as a locum solicitor to cover a maternity leave and never left!
I am a member of the Law Society of Scotland, have Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, am a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers and am an accredited PI specialist with the Law Society of Scotland.
I work as a Senior Solicitor from our Glasgow office, representing clients throughout Scotland, specialising in serious and catastrophic injury cases. I spend a significant amount of time travelling to visit clients at their homes, hospitals and specialist injury units.
I have an extensive experience of instructing and preparing cases in the Court of Session, the senior civil court in Scotland, and also of conducting personal injury cases in sheriff courts throughout Scotland.
