"I find it hugely rewarding that through compensation, we are able to improve the quality of lives of our clients by putting in place early rehabilitation, care and support wherever possible."
About Alison's role
My team specialises in claims for adults and children who have suffered brain injury, associated with permanent disability, caused as a result of accidents or clinical negligence. Our aim is to obtain interim payments wherever possible, so that we can put rehabilitation, a care package and suitable accommodation in place before the claim is concluded. As a team, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients.
Community and charity work
I have been a director of Headway East London for a number of years. Members of my team sit on a number of Headway groups and also on the board of the UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF) and ABIL (Acquired Brain Injury London). We are often involved in fund raising activities for a number of head injury related charities.
Memberships and professional organisations
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), the Law Society Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Panels and Actions for Victims of Medical Accidents (AvMA) Solicitors Referral Panel.
