  Neil Whiteley - Partner

  My specialist area is representing individual clients who have suffered a major traumatic injury, principally brain injury. I manage a team of lawyers and support staff dedicated to working with clients who have suffered from head or brain injury in our Sheffield office.

  Caroline Mitchell - Associate

  My work almost exclusively involves working with people with brain injury (from mild to severe). My particular interest is in working with children and young adults.

  I help and support severely injured members of the Armed Forces and their families.

  Louise Jenkins - Associate

  I joined our head injury team in 1997 as a trainee solicitor and I am now an Associate. I represent the interests of individuals who have suffered serious head injuries in accidents.

  Rachael Aram - Associate I supervise a mini team with a caseload of adult brain injury and spinal cord injury cases. I specialise in severe accidents at work but have a varied caseload where clients have suffered injury through various types of accidents.

  Kate Petchey - Solicitor

  I am a solicitor in the Neurotrauma team in Sheffield, working specifically within the Child Brain Injury Team, specialising in pursuing personal injury claims for children and adolescents suffering brain injury as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents in other places and non-accidental injury cases ("shaken baby cases").

  Stacy Gee - Solicitor

  Solicitor working as part of the Neurotrauma Team in the Sheffield office. I specialise in cases involving clients who have sustained brain and/or spinal injuries following accidents, for example road traffic collisions or workplace accidents, or as a result of an assault.

  Caroline Jepson - Legal Executive

  My day to day work involves working predominantly with people who have sustained injuries as a result of assaults. My particular interest is in working with client's who have sustained brain injuries; however, I also deal with clients who have suffered physical and sexual abuse.
