Neil Whiteley - Partner

My specialist area is representing individual clients who have suffered a major traumatic injury, principally brain injury. I manage a team of lawyers and support staff dedicated to working with clients who have suffered from head or brain injury in our Sheffield office.

Caroline Mitchell - Associate Solicitor

My work almost exclusively involves working with people with brain injury (from mild to severe). My particular interest is in working with children and young adults.

Kate Petchey - Solicitor

Solicitor in the Neurotrauma team in Sheffield, working specifically within the Child Brain Injury Team, specialising in pursuing personal injury claims for children and adolescents suffering brain injury as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents in other places and non-accidental injury cases ("shaken baby cases").
