About Louise's role
I our head injury team in 1997 as a trainee solicitor and I am now an Associate. I represent the interests of individuals who have suffered serious head injuries in accidents.
Community and charity work
I am actively involved with Headway as a volunteer and I provide training and support to health and social care professionals across the region to increase their awareness of how the law impacts on the jobs which they do. Working with teams in the community is a very worthwhile exercise and ensures we maintain strong links with professionals involved in the acute care and rehabilitation of our clients.
Memberships and professional organisations
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Law Society.
Cases of mention
I have over 10 year’s experience of serious injury cases and during this time I have secured compensation in order to protect the long term interests of many injured people. My largest settlement to date is £5.92m, however, what is important in my view, is not the amount of the compensation award but securing sufficient to improve my clients' quality of life in the future and to provide them with options, choices and a greater sense of control over their lives.
Spare time and hobbies
I spend my spare time with family and friends, enjoying life.
