I am very passionate about getting the right settlement for victims of accidents where they have been injured through no fault of their own. I generally deal with clients who have suffered extremely serious brain and/or spinal injuries which have altered their lives and that of their families irrevocably. There are many issues we deal with, not just the legalities, the holistic approach is an important one, and we can organise to assist clients and their families with case management, private treatment and financial issues where appropriate.
The important point is one of choice, where clients and families lives have been altered in such a way, my job is to make sure they have a good quality of life and options for the future.
