  Stuart Henderson - Partner

  I became a personal injury lawyer to achieve justice for my clients and to make a difference to their lives and that is what drives me and gets me out of bed in the morning. I am very committed to all of my clients many of whom have become longstanding personal friends and whose response to their newly found circumstances is a constant source of inspiration to me.

  Philip Edwards - Partner I am a Partner and lead a team specialising in head injury claims. I have particular expertise in road traffic collision cases, and accidents at work.

  Hilary Wetherell - Associate Solicitor

  I am an Associate Solicitor in the team in Birmingham. I handle a wide variety of high value personal injury claims and have a particular expertise in brain injury cases, criminal injury claims and accidents at work.

  Rebecca Hearsey - Associate Solicitor

  I am an Associate Solicitor in one of our head injury teams in Birmingham; originally I qualified as a Barrister. I deal with varying types of high value personal injury claims and have specific interest in brain injury claims and claims involving complex psychiatric and psychological injury.

  I am a Partner in the Birmingham head injury team, with considerable experience in representing children and adults who have sustained head and brain injuries.

  Annette Ginns - Solicitor I believe that our role as lawyers is not, and should not be limited to obtaining an award of damages. I endeavour to do everything in my power to help my clients to maximise their recovery, obtain the medical treatment they need, adapt to their situation, and have a better quality of life than they may have thought possible when their injury first occurred.

  Clare Eustace - Solicitor I have experience working with clients who have sustained catastrophic injuries predominantly those with brain injuries. I have also worked with clients with a variety of orthopaedic injuries.

  Katherine Campbell - Solicitor I am a Solicitor in our Birmingham brain injury team. I qualified into the team in 2009 having worked there since 2004. I specialise in catastrophic brain injury cases for both adults and children.

  Rita Lal - Solicitor I joined the head injury team in Birmingham as a Solicitor in January 2009. I specialise in catastrophic injuries where the client has suffered a significant brain injury. I always try to utilise my past nursing experience with my legal knowledge and experience when dealing with clients and their families.

  Ann Hunter - Solicitor I am a solicitor in the Birmingham team and have experience of working with clients who have serious brain and orthopaedic injuries. I have worked on numerous high value cases.

  Derek Boughey - Investigative Clerk I have been a member of our team in Birmingham since October 1994. I carry out investigations into road traffic collisions, factory accidents and other accidents involving serious personal injury. Many of those accidents include clients who have suffered head injuries.
