About Stephen's role
I am a partner in the Birmingham head injury team, with considerable experience in representing children and adults who have sustained head and brain injuries.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1998.
Charity and community work
I support a number of local headway and child brain injury trust groups. I am also active with Brain Injury Social Workers Group (BISWG) nationally and regionally. I work closely with national road safety charity Brake, campaigning on road safety issues.

Cases of mention
I have successfully achieved a number of settlements in excess of £1mon behalf of many clients. I have been able to put in place rehabilitation and care programmes to aid recovery and to improve quality of life for injured individuals. My successful cases have included road crashes, accidents at work, accidents in public places and assaults.
Spare time and hobbies
When not spending time with my young family, I like watching rugby (my local team, Moseley) and cricket. I also enjoy reading and real ales.
