Jane Horton - Partner I head the team that provides advice and representation to Clients suffering head injuries. I am supported by an excellent team and we work as a team to ensure that the best possible advice and accessibility is provided to all of our clients.

Jane Wright - Partner Prior to becoming a solicitor, I was an NHS physiotherapist working with people who had sustained head injuries. I left physiotherapy to experience new challenges. I have not been disappointed!

Carolyn Heaton - Partner

I head a small team of solicitors who specialise in dealing with high value/complex head/brain injury claims for both adults and children.

Joanne Ewart - Associate Solicitor I have specialised in brain injury cases for 12 years and have experience across a wide range of accident types such as road and work accidents, criminal injuries and civil assaults.

Sue Swales - Client Liaison Manager Working alongside the Personal Injury Solicitors, my role as a Client Liaison Manager involves initial assessment of care needs of the individual following trauma, liaison with existing care teams and arranging additional care if required.

Nicola Perrott - Solicitor

I joined the team as a paralegal in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in the Leeds Serious Injury team in March 2010. My team and I work with clients who have sustained very serious injuries, usually as a result of road traffic accidents or accidents at work.

I am a member of the Irwin Mitchell Charity Committee and I am also a committee member of an LGB networking group called The White Collar Club.

Deborah Kemp - Assistant Solicitor I assist in handling cases involving brain injury.

Bethany Sanders - Assistant Solicitor

I work in a team of Solicitors who specialise in high value/complex claims for clients who have sustained brain injuries. I joined our Leeds team in July 2008.

I am an active member of a local Headway group and am currently acting Secretary for Headway Leeds. This involves attending regular committee meetings, as well as social events and activities organised for the Headway members.
