About Sion's role
I am one of the partners responsible for the management of the Serious Injury team in Leeds which handles head injury claims. I am also Head of PI Professional Negligence and deal with claims against solicitors and barristers arising out of their handling of serious injury claims.
About Sion's charity and community work
I am on the Committee of the York Spinal Support Group, a charity helping those with back and spinal injury.
Notable cases
Radclyffe v MOD - A claim arising out of an injuries sustained by an officer in the Army. The claim went to the Court of Appeal looking at the issue of employer's liability for injuries sustained whilst off duty.
Spare time and hobbies
Clay pigeon shooting, climbing and running. Spending time with the family.
