Contact: Helen Seabury

I have specialist experience of assisting individuals who have sustained a head injury to pursue compensation claims.

I understand the importance of an holistic approach to helping people who have a head injury. Clients can be surprised by the services I am often able to offer to aid them through their difficulties. For example, obtaining funds throughout the duration of the claim to meet financial needs, arranging additional treatment to complement services provided by the NHS and organising practical support.

About Helen's role

I act for people who have sustained serious injuries. I pursue compensation claims for children and adults who have sustained brain injury as a result of road traffic accidents, assaults and accidents in other places such as accidents at work.

I have a particular interest in fighting difficult cases where liability for the accident is denied. I believe that sensitivity, integrity and tenacity are some of the key qualities that clients should expect from their solicitor.

Charity and community work

I am Secretary for North Northumberland Headway and am regularly involved in fundraising events for the group which supports individuals with a head injury and also their families/carers.

I have raised money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service through various activities. Notably I organised and participated in an 80 miles walk across northern Spain.
