About Lindsey's role

Association of Personal Injury Lawyers - senior litigator

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Irwin Mitchell Newcastle Office. I specialise in helping people who have sustained serious injuries, including head and spinal injury, to obtain compensation. I aim to secure early interim payments whenever possible, in order to obtain specialist equipment and assistance at an early stage, to assist with rehabilitation and to improve the quality of life of my clients. I believe that clients should expect to have clear and honest communication and to be listened to sympathetically. I really enjoy the close working relationships that I develop with my clients.

  • Society of Solicitor Advocates, with extended rights of audience to appear in the higher civil courts and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law (Law Society of Scotland)

Hobbies and spare time

I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and catching up with friends. I'm a fair weather walker and love cooking and good food. I also enjoy foreign travel, particularly south East Asia and Australia.
