German road traffic accident leaves soldier with severe head injury

11/08/2010

Specialist travel lawyers from Irwin Mitchell are helping a man with a compensation claim following a road traffic accident in Germany in 2006.

Our client was injured when the vehicle he was travelling in as a passenger collided with the rear of a lorry at high speed.

The accident left the man with a severe head injury. He was discharged from his position as a trooper in the British Army as a result of the accident and became a patient under the Mental Health Act.

Sadly our client has been unable to work since the accident and he needs a lot of care and assistance.

The driver of the car denies being at fault for the accident however we are pursuing a claim against him through the courts on behalf of our client.
