What our clients say...

I just want to thank you for all your support and patience in dealing with the complexities of my claim... your positive approach and reassurance kept me going at the times when I just felt like running away from it all... I am sure others are now benefitting from your expertise and caring manner.

Birmingham Office Expands Client Liaison Team

31/03/2010

The Birmingham head injury team are very pleased to welcome Helena Bryant as a new Client Liaison Manager.

Helena will develop further the unique Client Liaison service offered to our clients, and will be supporting clients through their head injury claim, but as importantly will be offering support, guidance, signposting and advocacy in relation to their rehabilitation and care needs.

Helena qualified as an Occupational therapist in 1994 and has 17 years clinical experience, having spent the last 11 years working with clients who have complex neurological disabilities. More recently Helena worked for independent neuro rehabilitation providers working with clients who are in the process of catastrophic personal injury claims as an Occupational Therapist and Case Manager.

Helena has said of her new role with Irwin Mitchell:-

"As Client Liaison Manager with the Birmingham Head Injury team I am looking forward to working along side the legal team with clients and their families, providing information and practical support to those adjusting to life following brain injury, assessing client’s needs and concerns, identifying and referring onto services or liaising with services already involved, with the aim of providing a co-ordinated approach to rehabilitation and timely access to appropriate services and information. No two clients will experience the same journey following their brain injury and my goal is to provide a needs led service for individual clients and their families which they will find of real benefit."
